Christmas 2022 at St Paul Old Ford

Christmas is a very special time for us at St Paul’s. Please join us as we celebrate Jesus coming into the world.

We will be streaming some of these services , so if you can’t attend in person, you can join us online. Livestream links will be available nearer the time, so watch this space.

10 December 4pm | Carols by candlelight

A special service that we don’t need to describe much further. We sing lots of carols, and there will be lots of candles.

15 December 8pm | Beer and carols

This year, we’re bringing back our much-loved carol singing in The Eleanor Arms. Back in its traditional format for the first time since 2019. Join us to raise the roof!

17 December 3pm | Nativity from scratch

This service is especially for kids (young and old!) who want to have fun dressing up and acting out the nativity story, entirely from scratch! You might arrive not knowing who you’re playing, but you’ll still have fun doing it!

24 December 10pm | Christmas Eve mass

This is our traditional Christmas Eve service, very popular with people in the community, including those coming straight from the pub! Come and sing carols and hear the Christmas story told again, as we anticipate the holy day.

25 December 10:30am | Christmas Day communion

Join us on Christmas morning as we celebrate the birth of Christ, the real reason for the whole season!

25 December 1:30pm | The Big Christmas Dinner

After the service on Christmas morning, we’re going to be hosting a Christmas meal for up to 80 people, cooked lovingly by people from St Paul’s. Come and join us this Christmas Day, for an amazing 3 course Christmas meal with all the trimmings.

Sign up for the Big Christmas Dinner at Eventbrite.

There is a special promo code for anybody who books in November. Just enter EarlyTurkey when you’re booking.
