Fourth day of Lent: prayer and reading

Prayer

You brought into our dark world, the light that was your Son, Jesus Christ. Through him, he shone a light that showed it was your word that was important and not the people who said them.

May Jesus’ life and death be a light to guide us day by day on your path that you want us to travel.
