St Columba barge

The new home for St Columba – London’s first floating church in 150 years – is almost built.

As with all major projects there have been a few unexpected delays but we know that when it’s finished the wait will be worth it. This creative, innovative project is a partnership between local parishes and the Diocese of London to enable people to encounter God’s love and hope.

While we wait for the barge to be completed St Columba (stcolumbaeastlondon.org) continues to meet on our temporary barge, moored in Hackney Wick just by Here East. To find out what St Columba are doing and to be part of it contact Dave Pilkington.
