Third day of Lent: prayers and readings

Prayer

Dear God of living water, when people think of thirst, they immediately go to the body to quench them. But thirst can also mean a desire to refill their soul and heart with your love, and you replenish them.

In your presence, people overflow and fill voids and flood darkness and bring life back. We thank you, oh Lord.
